Coot is a new model building tool of protein crystal. Initially, the program is builed on linux, SGI and OSX and so on. Recently, few kindly persons made the windows version. coot is easy for use and can be run refinement program; refmac5 at the same time! It's such convient thing! Thanks coot to make model building to be easy.
