My SPring-8 user card

像我一樣的碩士班學生去日本收data一定會做的一樣事情就是在beam time結束的最後一個晚上，用相機拍下來你一輩子就再也不會用到的SPring-8 user card。每個人都想要帶回家，但是這是不可能的事情。所以嚕...照下來，至少可以告訴別人我去過全世界最強的光束線的同步輻射中心。

看見大阪，我就忍不住拿出之前的照片好好回憶一下，我也有大阪夜景喔～好懷念阿...

真希望有機會一定要回去大阪逛逛嚕～～

WWDC 2006 is coming up

The Apple Worldwide Developers Conference will be in Aug 7-11 @SF. Of course the latest OS, 10.5, Mac OS X Leopard, also will be shown in it. However, I hope that a Wifi ipod~ i think it's time that I should buy a new one ^^Y

看見大阪城

好久嚕....但是就像是才剛剛結束！在碩士班時有機會去日本一趟。和simon和big head一起在大阪流浪。最近又見到大阪城的照片，使我又想起那一段可貴的時光。我和simon在深夜11點去吉野家吃宵夜居然遇到"馬殺雞"店在路邊抓客人。

三個人在電器街相互勸敗。在扭蛋店狂抓猛買，在瞭望臺三個男生一起看夜景~噁...Orz

在京都走到腳斷掉...呵呵～一切都不會重來嚕！但是卻是很有趣的記憶。

人生總是有很多的記憶，越來越大，很多事情漸漸地變成一總責任，有很多的悸動都只能夠留在心中回憶。沒有人可以帶走它，它會是你一輩子的回憶，但卻也是遺憾...

2D crystallization of protein

Crystallization is a major method to let us find out the protein structure! Accroding to protein crystal diffraction, the conformation of it can be seen in real. However, it has been forced to arrange together so that the form might be not the real in nature!

Recently, 2D crystallization can help us to see the protein structure in alomst natural condition. And also the protein which has lots of subunits can been seen how they assemble especially membrane protein!

The picture shows you the comformation of 2D crystallization under EM observation!



After seeing the crystallization, software can help us to make all parts to be built perfectly!



Combine traditional and new 2D crystallization methods, we can understand how the protein works and the mechanism of it!
